Revision of Cadastre Documentation

This bachelor thesis deals with activities in the revision of real estate cadastre data from the perspective of an employee of the Cadastral Office. The first part introduces the issue and the course of the revision of the real estate cadastral data with a link to legal regulations. The second part is devoted to the description of the activities of the Cadastral Office Brno - město in the revision of data performed in the cadastral area of Brněnské Ivanovice. The obtained data were processed into clear graphs and analyzed.

The Issue of Financing the Care of Handicapped Children and Suggestions for its Improvement

Bachelor thesis focuses on very little popularized, but very serious issue of financing care for disabled children. The theoretical part explains the general concept of disability, its types and consequences. In the practical part is executed the SLEPT analysis, which defines the integration of these children and their families in society, their physical and financial demands, the possibility of intervention and state social assistance system and the legal basis of these claims. Subsequently are described in detail examples of practices from the perspective of income for families and institutions, in contrast with their financial needs.

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of revisions of real estate cadastre data. The beginning of the work is devoted to a brief summary of land records, from historical to contemporary. Furthermore, the work addresses the revision of real estate cadastre data in the area of Ratibořské Hory. The attention of the diploma thesis is paid mainly to the finding of inconsistencies in the geometric determination of bui-ldings. At the end of the work is a statistical evaluation of the data.

The principle of maintaining the Cadastre of Real Estate in accordance with the actual status. Abstract This thesis, under the title The principle of maintaining the Cadastre of Real Estate in accordance with the actual status, deals with the influence of one of the fundamental rules of administration of the public register of real estate on the protection of its desired state. The sub- questions that are particularly addressed in the thesis are the reasons for the existence of situations in which this state is not fully achieved and the means available to remedy it. Based on the answers to these questions, the aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the instruments in which the requirement to apply the principle of keeping the cadastre in accordance with reality is manifested. In accordance with the above-mentioned structure of the issues, the thesis is divided into the corresponding chapters. The introductory chapter serves to define the essence of the cadastre as a public register, list the individual objects of registration and describe their main characteristics, and finally summarize the basic purpose of the establishment of the cadastre. Income tax evasions in West African countries

Tettey-kpe, D. Income Tax Evasion in West African countries. Bachelor thesis BRNO: Mendel University, 2019. The study asses the amount of income tax evasion in West African countries as a result of underground economy. The data for the study was obtained from World Bank, Trading economics and KPMG (Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler). The data is a panel data with 12 cross-sectional units and 8-times series period (2008-2015). The result of the study shows that, countries with high size of shadow economy experience a high level of tax evasion and also, countries with lower size of shadow economy encounter low level of tax evasion. It was also discovered from the study that, countries with high tax rate are likely to have the highest level of tax evasion; and on other hand, countries with low tax rate experience low tax evasion. In addition, the study thoroughly discussed the various means through which, taxes are evaded within the selected West African countries; as well as the factors that make West Africa vulnerable to tax crimes. Europeanization of French Regional Policy in 2007-2013

The diploma thesis examines the Europeanization of regional policy of France in 2007-2013. Europeanization is analysed in the case of the Lisbon strategy approved in 2000 and then revised in 2005. Its goals divided into three thematic pillars affected the priorities of the regional policy of the European Union (EU). The thesis analyses whether the Lisbon goals influenced also the regional policy of France. Criteria of the misfit theory elaborated by Tanja A. Börzel are used to evaluate the impact of Europeanization on the French regional policy goals. First, the misfit between French and European regional policy goals in 2000-2006 is measured, then the scope of change between the two periods of the French regional policy is determined. Comparing French goals in 2000-2006 and 2007-2013, the misfit turns out to be intermediate meaning that the Lisbon goals were not a new element for the French regions. Furthermore the analysis shows that although the goals of the French regional policy were Europeanized, the scope of change was low. According to the theory, the fact could be explained as a lack of facilitating domestic actors in the French politic system. Europeanization of the selected actors of the Czech social policy

This thesis deals with the Europeanization of the selected Czech social policy actors, among them some trade unions and non-governmental organizations. It examines their changes in some particular areas: in an organizational structure, in financial resources, in activities, in interests, in the used argumentation towards representatives of state power and in attitudes to the cooperation with partners from the other EU countries. These changes are observed thanks to the country's accession to the EU and/or thanks to the actors' membership in the European interest groups. The thesis tries to prove that these changes have been caused, at first, by the misfit among the Czech actors and their counterparts from the other EU member states. In the latter case it assesses if it is possible to attribute changes to socialization into the European interest groups. It also focuses on the fact whether there have been suitable conditions for the social learning of the observed actors. The questionnaire and secondary literature have been used for the evaluation. It has been proved that the concept of misfit is not suitable for these cases and thus the observed changes cannot be ascribed to this concept. Diplomová práce hodnotí a navrhuje zlepšení kolektivního vyjednávání ve firmě; kolektivní smlouva je uzavřena mezi firmou a organizací odborového svazu KOVO; cílem kolektivního vyjednávání je dosáhnout rozhodnutí v otázkách, jež jsou předmětem zájmu zaměstnavatelů a odborů; při vyjednávání jsou účastni dva členové představenstva a zástupci závodního výboru odborové organizace; písemný návrh dodatku kolektivní smlouvy schvaluje představenstvo firmy a konference odborové organizace; práce porovnává cíle vedení a odborů pomocí tabulek, které vymezují oblasti souladu, rozporů či nesouvisení cílů; analýza cílů a předložené návrhy ke zlepšení procesu kolektivního vyjednávání ve Feroxu, mohou pomoci zúčastněným stranám úspěšněji dosahovat svých záměrů.
